This session will look at how can we harness and grow these new team dynamics, capture the positivity and the ‘can do’ attitude retaining creativity, productivity and above all professional pride and growth? Developing real coaching in your school can maintain that momentum allowing everyone to shine, find out how by attending this session where we will explore simple practical steps to get you going with the ‘Ask not Tell’ approach.

Sally is an experienced Education Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Facilitator. She is passionate about developing people. As a coach, over the last 9 years she has helped people to realise and build on their inner potential, becoming confident and successful in their particular role. In order to be effective, and happy, you need to be challenged and supported in your thinking and her skills both as a Coach and an Education Professional allow her to work very effectively with teachers in schools and their leaders.
