About Nicola
Nicola Masters has twenty years teaching experience working across the Early Years and Primary sector and is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching. She has spent twelve years working in various senior leadership roles, including Head of Early Years, Deputy Head and Teaching & Learning Lead. Nicola started her teaching career in an inner-city state school before moving into the private sector. Nicola currently works as an ITE Lecturer (Primary & Early Years) at the University of Northampton and University of Buckingham, training PGCE and Early Years Teachers (EYTS). As well as completing her MA in Early Education, Nicola has worked as a School Governor, Educational Consultant and has completed Ofsted Inspector training.
