The pivotal role which empathy plays on a daily basis through the eyes of a SENCO. This talk will discuss how empathy is so important when working with children and parents alike in order to help everyone feel safe, secure and valued.

About Ginny

Ginny Bootman is a Y4,5,6 teacher, Senior Manager and  SENCO of 2 schools in a village school in Northamptonshire. Her passion lies in everything concerned with kindness, empathy and trust. She writes about these topics for TES and Teach Primary and loves giving talks on these subjects to a variety of audiences.
