My background reflects a twenty-nine-year career in education in secondary mainstream and Special Educational Needs and disabilities phases as teacher, middle leader, senior leader, and head of school. Talespin Consultancy aims to be a bridge – the bridge of rope that enables change, step by step, with belief, growth, and authenticity. I currently work in partnership with DiverseEd, HeadsUp and Visions and Values and directly with leaders, staff, pupils, and parents to assist in the re-framing of the organisation’s visions and values post Covid 19.
